5. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the MediGoAcademy platform, including course materials, videos, images, and text, is the property of MEDIGOACADEMY LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
MediGoAcademy provides training services and courses. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes resulting from the application of knowledge gained through our courses. Participants are responsible for adhering to their local medical regulations and professional standards.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
