We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling in a course.

Cancellation Policy

How to Request a Cancellation

1. Log in to your MediGoAcademy account.
2. Navigate to your Dashboard and find the enrolled course.
3. Click "Request Cancellation" and fill in the cancellation form.
4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
5. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a course, you may request to reschedule to a future date at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date.

Exceptions

We may consider full refunds in exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or visa rejections (with supporting documentation). Please contact our team at support@medigoacademy.com for exceptional cases.
